i have a puppy Great Dane so i bought the mongrel with the extension. now that hes a puppy i use the handle with the extension, but when he gets taller i will be able to use just the handle by itself!..GREAT PRODUCT!!

I bought this leash to try for a number of reasons. First, I have had a rambunctious dog on a rare occasion give me nylon burns on my hands when catching me off guard (which is rare), but I liked the design of the handle, it looked comfortable. I also wanted an alternative other than gentle leaders, prong collars and choke chains to teach my dogs leash manners. I figured this leash appeared self correcting on the dog while being much less strenuous on my body. I raise Great Danes and Cane Corso's, so training is a must and walking nicely is an absolute. Well, I can honestly tell you I don't often rave about a product, but I am about this one! I will be buying at more for myself and will also be recommending and demonstrating this leash as a must have to all of my puppy customers and training customers. Thank you for a great product.

I Bought the mongrel today at a pet expo and i love it. its a god sent. with this your hand isn't killing you after a walk. my dog pulls a lot this made it so easy to control and i can see the improvements already.

I use the Mongrel with a nylon double lead to walk my rambunctious Australian Shepherd and Border Collie together. Before I got the Mongrel, walking both of them at the same time was more than a chore, and would usually result in me getting red, raw wrists and hands just from holding their leashes. The Mongrel has greatly decreased the tension on my hands, and I find it very easy to correct them on our walks. I would definitely recommend the Mongrel to anyone who has a dog with a little pull and who wants to walk multiple dogs at one time.

I have a Cane Corso and when we walk, his head is near my waist. He weighs over 100 pounds and sometimes pulls. Not only does this leash provide a comfortable grip, it is also perfect length in terms of where my arm hangs and where his neck is. Great Leash!!!!!!!

I have a large shepherd/husky mix that pulls very hard when walking. I have tried all kinds of various devices like harnesses, prong collar, canny collar, and nothing seems to work better than the mongrel leash. It completely takes the strain off of my back and joints. It makes walking so much easier and more enjoyable. I love having the extension and the option to shorten the leash when necessary. The handle is also very comfortable and much easier on my hands. This is a great tool for many dog owners and I would highly recommend it!

I have three large labradoodles and I have three Mongrels and three extensions. I often double clip two extensions to one handle for group walks. I can comfortable walk all three dogs without them pulling and I can conviniently regroup them or add another handle as needed. I can't say enough about how great the item is!

We have had issues with our Bullies dragging us around at dog shows for years and you have finally put a bite on it for me! I am 5'2" tall and this has saved me nerve damage in my hands with them being so sore i could not do a thing the day after the shows. Love you , Guys! Thank you soooooooo much!

I can't believe how comfortable this leash handle is! I love how it is a short leash and I can keep my dog right by my side. If she tries to pull me then the grip is so comfortable that it doesn't cut my hand like a normal leash. This has got to be my most recommended item I have for my old and new friends!

I bought this lead (with the mongrel extention) for my 55kg Bullmastif, she absolutely loves it, and so do I. The shock absoption works a treat in the extention and the ability to remove the extention and keep my girl nice and close when we are shopping for treats or walking through a crowd is great! I really love this product and so does Kira!

The MONGREL is an absolute necessity for larger dogs. I have two freighting sled dogs with tremendous strength. The Mongrel handle prevents the hand pinch one gets from the dog pulling against a looped end on an ordinary leash. I have often lost my grip on these loops because the dog pulls, pinches my hand and it opens involuntarily, setting dog and leash free. The Mongrel completely prevents this. It would be especially useful for people with arthritis in their hands as well. This product is remarkable!

The Mongrel leash has put my 11 month old Great Dane on the training fast track. She is in training to be used as a Clackamas County Dog Services "Touch Therapy" Dog. The grip is like none other and Josie's "heel" is coming a lot faster with a lot less effort on my part.

I have the Mongrel with extensions for my 2 medium sized rescue dogs. I love this, and the ability to easily walk my girls without the tangling of regular leashes. Only glitches are the handle (black) that rubs off on my hands when it is hot out, and one of my dogs is a chewer when excited, so I've had to replace them a couple of times. Wish they'd also come out with a new handle and stronger leash that withstand chewing. When I heard they had new additions, I hoped that is what they had done.
Having said all that, I won't go back to regular leashes, and highly recommend them.

I found Bella's leash at a summer festival and thought it would be great for both pup and me - the handle seemed so comfortable. And I was right!
It's not only easy for me to grip for long walks, but it keeps Bella (and now Sedona) in check. Sedona is my strong, 5 month old Australian Cattle Dog puppy. I've now ordered his own leash with two extensions; now I can walk both pup myself if I want to.
My sisters and mom admire Bella's leash so much they are planning to buy them for rest of the dogs in our family!

Very much...It is unnatural!
I have an 85-lb, just barely 2 year old, Lab/Dane. This leash has given me comfortable control. Especially at Agility Trials when we are in close proximity to other dogs and at the start line! Thank you EZYDOG!!

I personally have two Great Danes. One is 10 months old and he is also deaf. The other is 7 1/2 years old and a stop and sniffer! These leashes are the best! I can even walk both dogs with one handle and you will love the handle! It is easy to grip and the bungie like extension makes it so EZY to walk a bigger dog that likes to pull. Thank you Ezy Dog!

I went through all types of leads and leashes until I found these. The ones I bought at the chain stores wore out quickly, used poor qualitymaterials, were rough on the dogs, had little variation in their size/uses or frankly all of the above. I also tried some joker in California who "custom designed" flexible leads at premium prices that lasted a very short period of time. These leads (and the Cujo model) by far offer the best combination of comfort for the dog, comfort for you (read very comfortable), variation of possible lengths and uses as well as being reasonably priced.
Ordering is easy (unlike the competitors), advice available and delivery is very quick.
